CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Reset Collective, we value intentional care and beautiful results. The following policies are in place to ensure fairness, and maintain an elevated experience for every guest. New clients are required to place a $50 booking fee when scheduling all color services. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a 24 hour advance notice. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period will result in a 50% charge of the total service fee. No-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit, 50% charge of the total service fee and may be denied future appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled. Late arrivals may impact our ability to complete the service in full. We truly value your experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, we kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can make any necessary adjustments. Adjustments are intended to refine the original service and do not include a completely new or different look.
